Credit Score (FICO)

A 300–850 score used to price consumer and investor loans; investor programs typically want 680+ for best pricing.

Investor lenders use the middle of three bureau scores (tri-merge). Pricing tiers usually break at 680 / 700 / 720 / 740 / 760+. Below 680, expect rate adjustments of +0.5–1.5% or an LTV cap.
