What we collect

When you use Power Deals we collect what you tell us about your deal, your contact details, documents you upload, and basic visit information (pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, device and approximate location).

How we use it

To build your loan file, match you with lenders, contact you about your financing, and understand which of our marketing works.

Advertising measurement with Meta

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure which ads bring people to Power Deals and to improve ad delivery. We share with Meta Platforms: a browser identifier and ad-click identifier, the page you were on, your IP address and browser type, and that a step happened — you started a deal conversation, shared contact information, a deal was created, reviewed for a term sheet, sent to a lender, or funded (with our own fee for funded deals). If you accept advertising cookies, we may also send a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone to help Meta match the event.

We never send Meta your loan amount, credit, income, bank balances, property or financial details, documents, chat messages, lender names or decisions, Social Security number, date of birth or address.

In regions where consent is required, nothing is shared with Meta unless you accept. Elsewhere it is on by default and you can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We share your loan file only with lenders and service providers needed to fund your deal. We do not sell your personal information.
